DRIED MEAT PRODUCTS

Meat processing is the main activity on our farm and we carry it out ourselves. It is free of chemical additives. Everything is prepared in the traditional way of our ancestors. We are processing pork, horse meat and venison.

We mature or age our meat using a classic method in home built spaces dedicated for this purpose. Also the process of salting and desalting is done using a common method of dry and wet desalting. Maturation or dry aging of meat is a lengthy process which is why certain products are sometimes not available.
All dried meat products have a registered designation of origin.
We offer more types of dried sausage or salami: classic dried sausage, dried venison sausage, dried horse sausage, dried sausage seasoned with paprika and sausage »špehovka« (with bacon).
Beautiful flavours can also be found in our pork sausages, spicy »devilish« sausages, blood sausages, liver sausages, brawns and smoked meat.
In our assortment you can also find homemade ground greaves in lard, cut dried greaves, dried meat greaves »čvarki«, lard, various kinds of spreads, minced lard with paprika or without it and liver pâté.
The speciality in our offer are the Mangalica pork products. These are pancetta, prosciutto, dried sausage, loins, salami, greaves and lard.
